All Ade Ori Hair Care oils are made to order to ensure freshness. For health and safety reasons, we do not offer returns on hair care products.
If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, a refund is possible. However, labor costs will be deducted from the amount.
Should you be unhappy with your product for any reason, please message us! We want you to receive and love a high-quality product that you can use regularly.

The Natural Me merch is sold through our Spreadshirt Store and products are covered by Spreadshirt’s return policies.
